We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Servers to join The Pacific Catch family. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and who thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused settings. The Server position requires a commitment to outstanding customer service, including greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, making recommendations, accurately taking and entering orders, promptly serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience from start to finish. As a Server, you will be responsible for maintaining your guests' satisfaction throughout their meal, responding quickly to requests and proactively up-selling when appropriate. This role reports directly to the General Manager and offers flexible work hours that vary week to week, with weekend availability being essential. Compensation for this role is $16.90 per hour.
