We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated food and beverage service team members to join our dynamic staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by applying proper service techniques and demonstrating enthusiasm in every interaction. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including availability on weekends and holidays, to accommodate the varying needs of our clientele. You will be trained to successfully complete alcohol awareness and/or food handler certification courses as part of your commitment to safety and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills, a pleasant and hospitable attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in handling POS terminals, credit card machines, and coffee equipment is essential for efficient service delivery. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all allergy, dietary restriction, and modification procedures are strictly followed to guarantee guest safety and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate guest orders, managing multiple tables simultaneously, and safely carrying food and beverages using trays when applicable. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds are necessary to meet the demands of this role.
