This summer, Brush Creek Ranch is seeking enthusiastic Servers to join their team in a fine dining setting. This seasonal role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a high-end restaurant environment while enjoying the natural beauty of Wyoming. As a Server, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personable service that enhances every dining occasion. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Capability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

Outgoing, personable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate ranch vehicles preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties

Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts
Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries
Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages
Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests
Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal
Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner
Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork
Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers
Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests
Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork
