Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or food service industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Collect and deliver food orders promptly
- Ensure the customer is well attended, offer beverage refills, and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
