Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate clearly and effectively
- able to stand and move continuously for up to four hours
- able to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willing to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- committed to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling payments
- friendly and approachable personality
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and attentive guest service
- make menu recommendations and answer questions
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- transport plates and beverages between kitchen and dining areas
