Job Duties
- Provide exceptional, consistent service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere
- Bring upbeat energy and a warm personality to every table
- Help create a fun, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back
- Accurately handle orders, process payments, and operate POS systems with confidence
- Provide efficiency in order taking and delivery of food/beverages to ensure quality standards and core values are being met
- Pre-bus tables accordingly and remove any trash to provide a clean dining area at all times
- Refill beverages as necessary
- Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
- Maintain communication with other staff and management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
