Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and warmly

  • handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
  • process guest payments and balance cash register at shift end
