The role we're hiring for immediately is that of a Server, a critical position for ensuring every guest leaves happy and satisfied. As a Server at Culinary Dropout, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering outstanding service, knowing the menu inside and out, and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment. This is an hourly position starting at $2.13 plus tips, offering killer earning potential for those motivated to excel. Servers at Culinary Dropout have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team, honing their skills in hospitality and customer service while being supported by extensive benefits. Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and flexible hours to fill in as needed ensures the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant.
