The role we're hiring for immediately is that of a Server, a critical position for ensuring every guest leaves happy and satisfied. As a Server at Culinary Dropout, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering outstanding service, knowing the menu inside and out, and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment. This is an hourly position starting at $2.13 plus tips, offering killer earning potential for those motivated to excel. The perfect candidate will have at least one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting and will demonstrate excellent communication skills, stamina for standing and moving for extended periods, and the ability to carry up to 25 pounds. It is essential to be proactive, adapt quickly during busy times, handle on-the-fly requests with grace, and confidently use POS and online reservation systems such as OpenTable. Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and flexible hours to fill in as needed ensures the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant.
