Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
Practices positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
Responds promptly to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
Assists other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
Understands product specifications and verifies guest receipts match the party size
Performs opening, closing procedures and side work duties
Reports equipment and facility issues to management
Follows correct table bussing procedures
Adheres to safe work practices to ensure the safety of self, co-workers, and guests
Maintains cleanliness standards and complies with local health department laws
