The Server role at Red Robin is a pivotal position within the Front of House service team. Servers are responsible for taking guest orders efficiently using handheld technology, serving food and beverages accurately and promptly, and ensuring a fun and satisfying dining experience for every guest. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, as servers are the primary point of contact between the guests and the restaurant. Servers have the opportunity to earn great tips in addition to their base pay, making it a rewarding position both professionally and financially.
