Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Must be able to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or serving role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for managing bills and payments
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and organized manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
