The Server role at Red Robin is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Servers are responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks promptly and accurately, and ensuring that every guest enjoys their dining experience. This role is part of the Front of House service team, requiring excellent customer service skills to engage guests with friendliness and enthusiasm. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
- able to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
