This position is for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage servers, also known as waitresses or waiters. As a core member of the P.F. Servers are responsible for delivering personalized care to guests from the moment they arrive until they leave, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations throughout their dining journey. They must be knowledgeable about the menu, proficient in guiding guests with recommendations, handling orders accurately, and ensuring smooth payment processing. Servers at P.F. Chang's work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment and must adhere to proper sanitation and safety protocols while managing multiple tasks.

The job offers a pay rate starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips, with competitive compensation based on experience. Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Executes proper sanitation and safety procedures
  • Multitasks efficiently in a fast-paced, team-work environment
  • Assists in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
