The position available is for full-time or part-time hourly Dine-In Food and Beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters. As integral members of the restaurant team, servers at P.F. Chang's are responsible for engaging with guests, providing personalized service, and ensuring an enjoyable dining atmosphere. The role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Servers will be trained on menu knowledge and customer service techniques to meet and exceed guest expectations. This hourly position offers a base pay of $2.13 per hour plus tips, reflecting the industry standard for tipped roles, along with a competitive benefits package.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to delivering amazing hospitality by anticipating guests' needs and guiding them through their dining experience. This includes taking and placing orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, answering menu-related questions, and handling payment transactions with accuracy. Job Duties

  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer guest’s questions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
