This position is for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters at P.F. Chang's. These roles are critical to the guest experience and are central members of the restaurant's scratch kitchen team. Servers are responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience through excellent customer service and knowledgeable menu guidance. The pay rate starts at $5.50 per hour plus tips, with compensation based on experience. P.F.   • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
