Red Robin emphasizes connection, fun, and generosity, which are as abundant as their bottomless fries, establishing a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging, regardless of their background or differences. Paid time off is accrued as well, offering 0.0192 hours for every hour worked after one year of service and at least 35 hours worked per week.
