Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry items up to 60 pounds and the stamina to work on busy days while being vertically mobile within limited spaces. The Food & Beverage Server is also expected to protect the assets of Migis Hotel Group while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area.
Ideal candidates should have previous food and beverage service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure within a team environment. Patience, tact, and diplomacy are crucial when dealing with diverse guests, including those with food allergies or special dietary needs.
