This particular role is for an energetic and friendly Server who will be responsible for making pleasurable dining affordable while maintaining hospitality, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times. The Server position at Golden Corral is pivotal in promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests by ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and courtesy. The Server’s daily tasks include following the Eight Steps of Service to promote return visits, demonstrating enthusiasm about menu items and promotions, and actively assisting team members to provide outstanding service to all patrons. This role requires a clean and neat appearance, a friendly demeanor, and an unwavering commitment to upholding the restaurant’s operational standards. Servers are also expected to perform opening and closing duties, manage side work responsibilities, and ensure all meals and receipts correspond accurately to the guests served.
Operational excellence is another vital part of this position, demanding knowledge of product specifications, attention to detail, and adherence to safe working practices for the safety of themselves, coworkers, and customers.
