This role is for a full-time or part-time hourly Server, Waitress, or Waiter who serves as a core team member at P.F. Chang's scratch kitchen restaurant. Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations with attentive and personalized service. This position requires a focus on product knowledge, including understanding and communicating menu items effectively to guests. Servers will guide guests through their dining journey, take and place food and beverage orders, serve meals, and process payments with accuracy and professionalism.
