Their resorts are designed to provide a welcoming environment where families can connect, explore, and enjoy the great outdoors while experiencing exceptional amenities and customer care. With a reputation for excellence and a dedication to creating lifetime memories for their guests, Northgate Resorts stands as a leader in the resort industry, setting high standards for quality and guest satisfaction.
The Servers at Northgate Resorts play a crucial role in upholding this commitment to superior guest experiences. This seasonal position, available as full-time or part-time, is central to the dining service operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Beverage Supervisor, Servers are tasked with ensuring that every guest receives attentive, efficient, and pleasant service throughout their dining experience. Their responsibilities range from welcoming guests and presenting menus to taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and managing payments. The role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, all essential to maintaining the resort's standards of service.
Servers must also adhere strictly to food safety, sanitary, and safety regulations, ensuring that every dish served meets the resort’s quality expectations. This role involves collaboration with kitchen staff and other team members to provide seamless service and to accommodate any special requests or resolve complaints effectively. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic environment of the hospitality industry. Physical stamina and the capability to handle the essential physical demands of the job, such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods in various temperature conditions, are also necessary. Northgate Resorts is committed to creating a positive work environment that supports diversity and inclusion and provides equal employment opportunities to all candidates. The company also participates in the E-Verify program, ensuring compliance with federal employment eligibility verification standards.
