The Server role at Cracker Barrel is all about bringing genuine country hospitality to the table. Job Requirements
- minimum of 18 years of age
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
