The role available is a Front of House (FOH) Server position at Denny's. This is a customer-facing role that plays a crucial part in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until their departure. As a Server, you will welcome guests warmly, provide attentive and friendly service throughout their visit, accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, and efficiently deliver food and beverages. This role also involves using upselling techniques to recommend specials and popular menu items, enhancing guest satisfaction and increasing sales revenue. You will guide guests by asking insightful questions to help them make satisfying meal selections, including inviting them to participate in the Denny's Rewards Program, which offers exclusive deals, birthday treats, and opportunities to earn points towards free meals.

In addition to engaging directly with guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and processing various forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency are core responsibilities. Collaboration with both the Front of House and Back of House team members is essential to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
