- Ability to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90 percent or better
- experience with payment processing and basic math skills
- basic computer skills
- team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and teamwork
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience
- maintain complete knowledge of restaurant's food and beverage preparation
- sell alcohol and food items
- share menu knowledge by making menu recommendations and answering questions about food allergies and ingredients
- enter and complete customers' orders on computer system
- accept different types of payment and make change
- actively listen with a friendly demeanor during guest interactions to anticipate needs
- deliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgency
- fill and refill beverages, clear tables, and manage multiple tables
- check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- dedication to becoming a 'seller' and not an 'order taker'
- demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization
- clear and reset tables as needed
- follow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines
- report to work in a neat and clean uniform
- maintain well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by company policy
- guide guests in beer and spirit selections while demonstrating strong wine knowledge
- perform other duties as directed
