The Guest Service Expert role at the Autograph Collection is integral to creating outstanding guest experiences that go beyond delivering food and beverages. This position embodies Marriott’s commitment to hospitality excellence by ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable, warm, and professional. Guest Service Experts engage in a variety of tasks such as setting up tables, communicating efficiently with kitchen staff, serving and interacting with guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas and supplies.

The role demands physical stamina and a hands-on approach, as it involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and navigating sloping or slippery surfaces. Handling items up to 25 pounds independently (and up to 50 pounds with assistance), as well as reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are part of the daily activities involved in delivering the level of service expected of a Guest Service Expert.

Success in this role is anchored in adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, upholding high standards of quality, and projecting a professional appearance and demeanor. Job Requirements
