- 1-3 months related experience or training
- current California Food Handlers Card
- ability to read and interpret written information

- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
- suitable physical stamina for standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed
