The role of a Server at Red Robin is dynamic and essential to the restaurant’s success. Servers are responsible for providing a memorable dining experience by accurately taking orders through handheld technology, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guests feel valued and welcome. The position is part of the Front of House service team, which means stellar customer service skills are a must. Servers enjoy flexible work schedules, enabling a healthy work-life balance, and receive a base pay of $10.98 per hour plus tips, ensuring their hourly pay meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage. In addition to competitive compensation, servers have access to significant earning potential through variable tips.
