Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style
- provide personable, helpful and efficient food service
- maintain a high level of contribution to the restaurant
- assist, prepare and package take-out orders
- operate point-of-sale system efficiently
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items
- prepare and serve beverages according to standards
- deliver food orders accurately
- bus, manicure and sanitize tables
- polish and roll silverware
- restock condiments as needed
- maintain and restock expeditor and wait stations
- assist in seating guests and answering telephone
- perform opening and closing duties
- observe state and local safety and alcohol service laws
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house operations
