As a server at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service that enhances the dining experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests with a warm smile, recommending beverages, appetizers, and desserts, accurately taking and entering orders into the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food and beverages. You will need to monitor guest satisfaction, offer refills, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment by removing unused items. Handling bills promptly and courteously is also part of the role, making every guest feel valued and invited to return.

Physical requirements are an essential consideration for this role, including the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds. The ability to stand for extended periods ranging from 8 to 12 hours is necessary, as is working effectively with a team while paying close attention to detail and multitasking. Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • pick up and deliver food orders promptly
  • ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
