- Physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and take food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure tables are clean and tidy for arriving guests
- Maintain attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Check IDs when serving alcoholic drinks
- Follow established procedures for guest checks and payments
- Perform opening and closing side work including restocking and cleaning
