Red Robin is currently hiring Servers, who play a crucial role as part of the Front of House service team. Servers at Red Robin are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as they take orders using handheld technology, promptly and accurately serve food and drinks, and contribute to a fun and satisfying dining experience for every guest. This role demands unbridled energy, excellent communication skills, and a magnetic personality to engage with guests and team members alike. The position is hourly, with a base pay of $10.98 per hour plus tips, ensuring servers have strong earning potential above minimum wage. All servers must be 18 years or older. The company offers flexible work schedules to accommodate varied needs, as well as a 50 percent discount on Red Robin food for employees and a 25 percent discount for their families. Additional benefits include referral bonuses for introducing new team members, participation in an employee stock purchase program after one year of service with at least 20 hours per week, and access to comprehensive health insurance encompassing medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage for eligible employees.
