Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year experience in food service
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Six months to one year serving experience preferred
- Serv Safe certification, if applicable
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain clean and tidy tables and dining areas
- Check identification when serving alcoholic beverages
- Follow established procedures for guest checks and payment processing
- Remain attentive to customers throughout their dining experience
- Perform opening and closing side work including restocking and cleaning
