We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our outdoor dining team at Harrison's Landing. This role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service in a dynamic and high-volume outdoor setting. The Server will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience by warmly welcoming patrons, efficiently managing orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and flow of their assigned dining section. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The role also requires resilience and adaptability as it involves working under varied weather conditions, including heat and occasional inclement weather, with proactive adjustments to the dining setup as needed.
