Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and provide detailed information on Italian cuisine and wine selections
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guest satisfaction during meals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas and tables
- Handle guest concerns and requests professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
