As one of the largest casual dining chains in the United States, Olive Garden takes pride in fostering a sense of community both among its guests and its team members. The company focuses not only on delivering exceptional food but also on creating memorable experiences for each guest that walks through their doors. With a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, Olive Garden ensures a safe and pleasant environment that supports both employees and customers alike.

This opportunity is for the role of a server, a pivotal position that plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. Servers at Olive Garden are the face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting guests warmly, providing attentive service, and conveying a deep knowledge of the menu, including the culinary delights, wines, and ingredients that bring the taste of Italy to life. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively during a busy service. Servers are instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering personalized service and creating a hospitable atmosphere where guests feel like part of the family.

At Olive Garden, pay for this position varies by location and includes tips, offering an opportunity for competitive earnings based on performance and customer interactions. This role offers flexible schedules, making it suitable for individuals balancing life commitments such as schooling, childcare, or family care. The restaurant values its team members, reflected in its robust benefits package and commitment to ongoing training and career development. Whether newcomers or seasoned hospitality professionals, servers are encouraged to grow within the company, with many advancing to management positions. This emphasis on career development makes Olive Garden not just a place to work, but a place to build a long-term career in the hospitality industry.

Safety and wellness are top priorities at Olive Garden, with stringent health and sanitation standards in place to protect both staff and guests. The company supports the wellbeing of its employees with paid sick leave, paid family and medical leave after one year of service, and comprehensive medical and dental insurance options. Employees also enjoy weekly pay, anniversary pay, and access to a 401(k) savings plan with company matching after one year, ensuring both short-term and long-term financial security.

Joining Olive Garden means becoming part of a warm and supportive family where every team member’s contribution is valued. With benefits such as free employee meals from a limited menu, discounts on phones, travel, electronics, and much more, Olive Garden invests in the satisfaction and happiness of its workforce. This inclusive culture and strong support system embody the company’s motto, "We're All Family Here," inviting new team members to find not only a job but a welcoming home and promising career path within the company.
