Job Requirements

  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a professional appearance
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Provide detailed information about the menu including specials and recommendations
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests
  • Monitor and manage multiple tables ensuring all guests are attended to promptly
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including the dining area and service station
