Job Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a professional appearance
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide detailed information about the menu including specials and recommendations
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests
- Monitor and manage multiple tables ensuring all guests are attended to promptly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including the dining area and service station
