Job Requirements
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds (10 kg)
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- Maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform
- Completion of safety training and certification before employment
- Previous waiter experience considered a strong advantage
Job Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent GED
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Good conversational skills
- Positive attitude and extroverted personality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests and provide menu recommendations
- Share detailed menu knowledge to assist with guest questions and special requests
- Accurately and promptly record transactions using the MICROS system
- Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
- Clean tables, complete closing duties, and restock dishware and supplies
