Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol in applicable states
- obtain required beverage service certification
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- proficiency in operating POS systems
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- responsible and reliable work ethic
Job Duties
- work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- practice safe food handling procedures
- have an awareness of food allergens including where to find more information and take proper steps
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate in applicable states
