Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be of legal age to serve alcohol in applicable states
  • obtain required beverage service certification
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
  • proficiency in operating POS systems
  • strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • responsible and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • practice safe food handling procedures
  • have an awareness of food allergens including where to find more information and take proper steps
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • uphold cash handling procedures
  • obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate in applicable states
