We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Fine Dining Server. This full-time role is vital in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service during their visit. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of fine dining experience and demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of food and wine pairings. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Fine Dining Server must maintain composure, attentiveness, and grace under pressure, delivering seamless and high-end service that meets the standards of our establishment.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can anticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and communicate effectively with both the kitchen team and guests. Strong knowledge of gourmet cuisine and wine varietals will enable the server to provide insightful recommendations and enhance the overall dining experience. Full-time availability is required, with opportunities to engage closely with a diverse clientele, contributing to the distinguished reputation of our restaurant.
