Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- physical ability to carry trays and lift items as needed
- legal authorization to work in the country

- experience in server or customer service roles preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

- handle guest concerns and feedback professionally and promptly
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
