TONCHIN started in Tokyo, Japan in 1992. We have three locations in America, six locations in Japan, eight in Taiwan, and two in Shanghai. To this day, we still aim to give our customers the best ramen with the freshest ingredients. We make out ramen noodles every day from scratch, using the best quality ingredients. Out belief is that "homemade" and "just made" ramen is the best ramen.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong menu knowledge, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. 

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables in a timely manner
* Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options
* Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
* Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
* Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
* Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
* Process payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions
* Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Basic math and money-handling skills
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
* Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 50 pounds
