The Guest Service Expert position at Marriott Dallas Uptown is a full-time, non-management role within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. This role is essential in creating a unique and memorable dining experience for guests by not only serving food and beverages but by making the entire dining interaction feel personalized and special. Guest Service Experts take ownership of their tasks, whether it involves setting tables, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, serving guests with a keen attention to detail, or maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than one year related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct
