Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to read and communicate in English
- skilled in operating Micros system
- able to accurately handle credit card transactions and cash management
- excellent communication skills with guests and team members
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- able to follow company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain personal bank and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report to manager as needed
- greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
- enter orders into Micros system efficiently
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- work quickly adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- assist in party set up and breakdown
- bus and reset tables
- assist other team members as needed
- complete station side work and manage sales on personal Micros keys
- participate in incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines to control costs
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back, maintaining drinks, and responding timely
- keep station clean and organized
- maintain working relationships with team members
- effectively communicate with guests
- operate Micros and conduct credit card transactions
- maintain professional dress code
