The Guest Service Expert position at W Austin is a full-time, non-management role essential to delivering the high standard of service the brand is known for. Job Requirements

  • must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • less than 1 year related work experience
  • no supervisory experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
