Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus, explain menu items, and answer guest questions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and order flow
- Monitor table needs, including refills, condiments, and additional requests
- Process guest payments accurately and securely
- Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Complete assigned side work duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning, and setup
- Follow cash handling and payment processing procedures
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Perform cleaning tasks including clearing and sanitizing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, restocking service areas, removing trash, cleaning restrooms as assigned
- Work collaboratively with other servers, hosts, cooks, and management
- Support team members during busy periods
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Follow direction from managers and shift leaders
