Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving experience
  • Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven restaurants strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
  • Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
  • Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and daily specials
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations
  • Process payments accurately and follow all responsible alcohol service standards
