Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving experience
- Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven restaurants strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and daily specials
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations
- Process payments accurately and follow all responsible alcohol service standards
