The position available at the Ridgemere location in Conway, AR, is for a part-time Server role, starting at $13 per hour. The Server position is scheduled for shifts on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The role is dynamic and multi-faceted, involving a blend of hospitality, preparation, and care duties intended to ensure that residents feel welcomed, valued, and well-cared for throughout their dining experience. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- willingness to work scheduled hours including weekends
- commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors
Job Qualifications
- at least 16 years of age
- able to read, write, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level
- positive and energetic attitude
- ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room and engage with residents
- prepare tables and meals for service
- buss tables and maintain cleanliness
- communicate with supervisors and wellness staff regarding residents' dietary habits and meal attendance
