Their communities emphasize a home-like atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for, while team members thrive in a positive workplace culture that encourages growth and professional development. Arrow is known for its core values that unite the staff and foster an environment of respect, empathy, and commitment to excellence, which is clearly reflected in the exceptional care provided to residents.
The Server position at Arrow Senior Living's Carriage Court location in Hilliard, Ohio, is a part-time role that offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $18.75 per hour, working shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about serving others and desire to be an integral part of a supportive community. Servers play a vital role in the dining experience by not only ensuring that meals are served efficiently and hygienically but also by creating a convivial atmosphere where residents feel comfortable and appreciated.
The role transcends traditional server duties by incorporating unique responsibilities such as greeting and interacting with residents to foster a social and engaging dining environment, preparing tables and meals with attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and observing residents' appetite and dietary habits to communicate any concerns to supervisors and wellness staff. Candidates who join Arrow Senior Living as Servers will find themselves in a supportive workplace that values their contributions and encourages personal and professional growth. Arrow Senior Living prides itself on promoting from within and offers a comprehensive benefit package even to part-time employees, including tuition reimbursement, employee recognition programs, and health benefits for full-time staff.
This Server role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to join a team that genuinely cares about its members and residents. Applicants for this position should be ready to engage with residents warmly, demonstrate physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and exhibit a committed and responsible attitude. Arrow Senior Living ensures a workplace that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity, making it an excellent choice for individuals seeking meaningful work in a respectful and dynamic environment.
