Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current Food Handler Certification
  • Current Alcohol Server Certification
  • Completion of Invited's Food & Beverage Service Training program
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attendance as outlined on the weekly schedule
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain high service standards as outlined in the Invited F&B service training programs
  • Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring members and guests are served promptly and attentively while managing complex service issues or last-minute changes
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu and daily specials and guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with management to assign duties, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist fellow employees and lead by example, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service across the team
  • Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining clean, well-stocked workstations and ensuring side work is completed to meet club standards
  • Support management in addressing member and guest complaints, practicing good service recovery, and ensuring any issues are resolved immediately
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the F&B Director or other leadership
