Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
willing and able to work 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana
no alcohol consumption allowed during employment
comply with grooming standards including tattoo and piercing limitations
understand this is a temporary position with no guaranteed extension
able to work under pressure while maintaining composure
able to attend emergency and safety training

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age
be an American citizen or Green Card holder
able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week during the 28-week season
capable of meeting moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
able to pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and controlled substances
comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
able to participate in emergency and safety training

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
cater to all culinary requests efficiently
acknowledge guests by name and escort them to tables
present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with proper presentation
perform additional functions such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon tea and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
