Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • willing and able to work 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana
  • no alcohol consumption allowed during employment
  • comply with grooming standards including tattoo and piercing limitations
  • understand this is a temporary position with no guaranteed extension
  • able to work under pressure while maintaining composure
  • able to attend emergency and safety training

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week during the 28-week season
  • capable of meeting moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • able to pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and controlled substances
  • comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
  • able to participate in emergency and safety training

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • acknowledge guests by name and escort them to tables
  • present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
  • relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with proper presentation
  • perform additional functions such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon tea and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
