Job Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately

Ensure timely delivery of orders and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station and dining area
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
